Stopping the cycle of unwanted litters.

A big day of fundraising to fix community cats.

When we had our first community cat event in November, the response was overwhelming. So many people want to fix their cats, but we have to make it affordable. With that goal in mind, #GivingTuesday 2023 was dedicated to raising money for future community cat spay/neuter days in 2024. We were blown away by the number of people who donated! Clearly everyone seems to agree, we need to do something to control our cat population. We are delighted to report that SCAMP raised over $7800, which is enough to have FOUR spay/neuter days, so up to 200 cats will be fixed in 2024 through SCAMP. That’s going to be a huge help in breaking the cycle of unwanted litters and kitten homelessness. Thanks to the community for your support!
